Collage, Blackouts, and The Exquisite Corpse: Ways to Entice the Muse!
June 24, 2022 @ 1:00 pm
Free
When the blank page looms, switch it up and invite the words around you to reveal new patterns and opportunities. What poem is hiding inside a newspaper article or a page from The Wizard of Oz? How can you use the visual arts to spur the creative word brain? What will happen when you and some friends write together, creating the exquisite corpse? All of these methods help when writer’s block hits. I will show you these techniques and more! This hour-long class is perfect for adults and children aged 9 and older.
